Does my tenant want to apply for a trade license in my rented space?is it legal to give permission for a trade license?is there any process on how to apply for a trade license? who will pay trade license fees?

A.Your tenant can apply for a trade license at your rented space if he is dealing with the business from your rented premise or otherwise.
It is legal to give permission.
The tenant shall bear all the expense as it is for his business.
