I've taken a loan from SaveIn and paid every installment on time. Still they gave a false report that I paid one late payment which affected my job. I lost my job due toncredit card delinquency. No I asked them to compensate but they denied saying that they corrected the report now. But what about my struggle for 6 months ? Don't they get punishment for my financial loss ?

Dear Sir,

You have to get issue a strong legal notice claiming compensation. Then you can file a suit for recovery of compensation.

Dear Client,
Non-payment or defaulting of credit card dues has no nexus with employment because the employee borrower is held personally liable for default. The job of an employee cannot be snatched away on the grounds of credit card delinquency or default because it does not amount a misconduct on the part of an employee until and unless he is convicted by a court of law for such default. So, you become the victim of unfair labour practices at the hands of your employer. Thus, in the prevailing situation, if you are not holding a position of manager or supervisor in the Company, but a workman as defined under Sec.2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947. serving a legal notice to the Company reach out to the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner or the office of the Chief Inspector, Shops and Establishments, as the case may be, to file a complaint against the company over alleged unfair labour practice for redressal of your grievance. But, if you are holding the position of Manager or Administrator in the Company, you have to file a civil suit against the Company before the Civil Court seeking desired relief in the matter.
