Renewal of leave and licence agreement

We have made leave & license agreement for two years in the year 2017 which falls expire on 30/06/2019 however we want to renew/extend the same for further two years with same tenant/licence.Shall we do this? If so we are executing & registering the same by the end of this month. Is this dealing is proper in the light of concern law?

I executing fresh agreement containing same clauses as mentioned in the earlier one but have not mentioned about the earlier execution of agreement as suggested by you. Shall its ok?

A.Yes. There shall not be any problem. .
You can either execute a new leave and license agreement for 2 years or else you can modify the last agreement and extend the time duration.
