Cheated by a lady in the name of pooja and rituals.

A lady cheated our family in the name of pooja and some tantric rituals. She came to our family and said my mother will die soon if we won't do poojas. She did poojas and some tantric rituals and took valuables like pooja items, idols, gold and nav ratnas. She said after doing some pooja she will send back. Even after 1 year, she didnt sent. When we ask, she is abusing very unparliamentary words. How to get legal aid in this regard.
