Owner selling property

I had made an agreement with my seller for 3 yeas with no lockin period as mentioned and one month notice to be served where any of party to be going. But as a tenant i paid 70,000/- to my broker along with registeration fees. Now in a month seller wishes to sell his property. What if my owner serves me a months notice and ask me to move out..im afraid of my brokerage, registeration amount i paid.is there any rights or legal way to protect me as a tenant. Pls. Help. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir,
You may immediately approach civil Court and seek for appropriate relief like status quo not to disturb your physical possession.

Dear Client,
A dispute between a tenant and landlord is resolved under the state-specific Rent Control Act or the Premises Tenancy Act under which a Rent Controller or Addl Rent Controller is appointed to deal with the dispute arising out of a rent agreement between the parties. You can file an application explaining your grievance against the arbitrary and unethical action of the land Owner before the concerned Rent Controller to resolve the issue legally and amicably. You may hire the service of an Advocate if required, to navigate the issue in the right way.
