Can the high court decree(court order) can be challenged and further fight against a decree which has no understanding of the real scenario.
Because my case has different point of opinion. But the judge is too adamant and stubborn. Foolishness is the word i call for the lady judge.

A.Any order of the High Court is subject to challenge.
You can
1. Prefer an appeal before the Supreme Court OR
2. Prefer an appeal before the Division Bench of the High Court.

A.Dear Sir,
Such things being happened and the litigants are under dilemma as to where to approach in such cases. The only option left to you either to prefer appeal before the Division/Double Bench or to the Supreme Court. Due to lack of basic knowledge and refreshing courses the judges at High Court level are unable to render real justice to the clients.
