Import - our second hand machinery

Last 3 months our second hand machinery has been stuck at TKD port and the officials are making delay and not providing any justification or paperwork. We got the clearance from SIB team but adjucating officers have taken 2 months to release the machinery.

Dear Client,
In the given scenario, either you have to abide by the decision of the Adjudicating Officer or challenge the said decision before the High Court seeking an order for the early release of machinery based on the clearance obtained from the SIB.
