Hi Team Good day to you

I am writing this email to find out the procedure for filing a complaint against my employer for wrongful termination of my employment on 5th April -208 for no reason. On 5th April- 2018, I was busy with regular deliverables in the office. I have been asked to visit Nursing Office (same building). When I entered the nursing office I was confronted by Nursing Superintendent ( Y.Rani ) who informed me that I was no longer employed by EMPLOYER.
I have been working with this organization for the past 9 years and 6 months. The reasons for my termination remain unknown to me. I want to know the process of filing a complaint against my employer

A.dear client in your case If your employer is either a Government organisation or a trust, semi government or in any way benefited by Government you can file a case for wrongful termination. If it is none of these then you are entitled only to those benefits promised by employer to you in your appointment letter.

A.You have been served with illegal notice of termination instead of knowing the reasons & process consult a Labour & Employment and service matter Professional Lawyer to guide you & help you. Act quickly to get your illegal termination set aside by the Competent Authority & designated Courts.

A.If your employer is either a Government organisation or a trust, semi government or in any way benefited by Government you can file a case for wrongful termination. If it is none of these then you are entitled only to those benefits promised by employer to you in your appointment letter.

it is a private medical organization and how do we know the list of benefit giving to employee on wrongful termination

A.You contact a labour Court Lawyer immediately to guide & help you filing the case before the designated Court and obtain required orders for your reinstatement and continue your job as before.

If your are in state Govt.,before MAT in Central Govt.CAT and you are invoking article 226 & 227 before the Hon'ble High Court first act to protect your employment with a specialised Labour & service Lawyer quickly.

Thanks a lot for your prompt and fast response. I am based out of Hyderabad and wanted to know do I need to hire an advocate to proceed further with the formalities to file a complaint.My intention is to get the compensation for the wrongful termination as i am not at all interested to get that job back after working for 9 years and 6 months if this is how they treat their employees i am seriously not at all interested to work with that management
