Post and pay scale in offer letter was different than recruitment advertise

I, Abhijeet Sawant, working as a “Senior Operator” (Employee Number N-147) in BEL OPTRONIC DEVICES LTD
In the year 2013 (i.e. on 24th Dec 2013), there was an advertisement related to new recruitment from BEL Optronic Devices Limited in one of the leading Newspaper, “Times of India”, as well as on the BEL official website www.bel-india.in
As per the above mentioned advertisement, application was invited for the post of Technical assistant (pay scale: 5950-290-11920), for which I was eligible as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in that advertisement (copy enclose as ANNEXURE -1).
As per the application procedure mentioned in the advertisement, I had sent my application for the post of “Technical Assistant”. I was shortlisted for the written test which was scheduled on 23rd March 2014 in Pune and accordingly received the written exam call letter (copy enclose as ANNEXURE-2).
I had cleared the written exam and shortlisted for Interview for the post of “Technical Assistant”. The Interview was scheduled on 23rd April 2014 at BEL Optronic Devices Limited, Pune (copy encloses as ANNEXURE-3).
After few days, I received a call from HR dept. of BEL Optronic Devices Limited, to inform me that I was selected in the Interview for the Post of “Technical Assistant”. They also informed me to go for pre employment Medical Test which has to be done at “Sassoon Hospital, Pune” only, for which BEL Optronic devices limited has given me a letter also, which I had to submit in that Hospital to conduct the different Medical Test required by BEL Optronic Devices Limited.
After getting the pre employment Medical Test report, I submitted the same in HR dept. of BEL Optronic Devices Limited. Then, HR dept. has verified my all the original documents along with the “Resignation Letter”, as a mandatory process before joining the Company. On 02-06-2014 HR dept. of BEL Optronic Devices Limited has given me the “Appointment Letter” (copy enclosed as ANNEXURE-4). In that Appointment letter, Post offered to me was “Senior Operator” (pay scale: 5240-180-8800). Senior Operator post is a lower grade post with lower pay scale.
When I object on this and ask to HR dept. about it, they told me that due to some change in Policy, my post is changed from “Technical Assistant” to “Senior Operator” and if I didn’t accept this then my joining will stand cancel. Since I had already resigned from my earlier company, I had no choice other than to accept this offer.
Since, I didn’t get the Post and related pay scale as per advertisement for which I had applied what i can do now to get the post and payscale as per advertisement.
