Encroachment by Residents Welfare Association

Firstly, thank you for the response for my question https://www.vidhikarya.com/FreeLegalAdvice/59216/encroachment-by-residents-welfare-association Further to the responses, I have sent emails to CMDA grievance and awaiting response. Also, I am planning to register a complaint with Greater Chennai Corporation (https://erp.chennaicorporation.gov.in/pgr/citizen/BeforeReg.do) under the complaint type "Violation of DCR/Building By laws". Please let know if this is the correct approach.

Dear Client,
An aggrieved person can escalate his or her grievance before any authority competent to redress the grievance/complaint for the protection of the larger interest of the public. There is no restriction or prohibition in such an approach even if it is made individually or collectively by a group of individuals. However, the collective approach is given weightage more than the individual approach.
