Regarding wrong person with disability certificate

I have given wrong disability certificate from my district hospital .district hospital give me 20% disability certificate but according to pwd act 2016 I deserve70% disability certificate. I have a recommended disabilities certificate from another hospital who gave me 70% disability certificate but my district hospital give me only 20% disability certificate .now I want to take some legal action against district hospital but I don't know what is the legal option I have. so please tell me what can I do now.

A.Talk to the hospital authorities and ask them to verify the same.
Also show them the other certificate where you got a 70% disability and ask them to check the same.
If they do not comply you can also file a complaint against them, send them a legal notice and then at last, File a suit in the consumer forum or any other court which has the jurisdiction to try such matters.

A.First ask to the higher authority of the hospital. Then go ahead
