How to evict rented property as licensee has not paid monthly bill and absconding after doing financial mismanagement.
I want to open property door forcefully.

Get issue legal notice under Section 106 of Transfer of Property Act then file a suit for eviction and get an order for break open of the door and get the possession lawfully.

A.Send them a legal notice through a lawyer immediately and if they do not comply thereafter take further legal steps.
