Non-payment of 6wages

Hi,
Myself Prashant Patil, I am a teacher by profession. I was working with private X Institute of Education, from March 2018 to August 2018. I had opted out of the institute as they were paying me irregular salaries everytime and also they would deduce hude TDS. While leaving they agreed to pay my remaining salary and dues, they owe to me.

Now it is almost 9 months and they have not paid me the arrears. Everytime the HR manager and director give me false promise.

What to do Sir, pls help

A.Dear Sir,
You may raise the issue with a higher authorities in the educational department and get issue a legal notice and file a suit for recovery of said dues.

A.File a complain in the labour commissioner office as soon as possible.
