Uniform code for contract employees

Our company planned to give unique uniform to all the contractor vendors. As per industrial law and labour act is it advisable to give same colour unique uniform to all even they are different contracts. Is it create any Industrial dispute or legally permissible. Need advice (Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu)
