Violation of Right to privacy due to installation of cctv camera by neighbour
My neighbour have installed cctv camera on his flat's maindoor frame but it is violating right of privacy for us as though it is capturing images & footages of cctv with sound recording of my, my family and our visitors which is facing common areas of our floor without our permission and he himself have admitted in written reply to our advocate's noticethat he have captured images of my wife. So what are the legal implications for this?
