Violation of Right to privacy due to installation of cctv camera by neighbour

It has also decided that the State must ensure that its citizens' privacy is protected from arbitrary interference. You have to prove before the Court how the installation of CCTV for security reasons at the main door of the neighbor's flat infringes your right to privacy and what kind of privacy you want in a common area or place other than inside the area of individual flats which is usable or accessible by all residents of the building.
