I want to know about birth certificate

I wanted to know what the birth certificate proof now ? Because I saw the news that Aadhar card value is over now.
I am T.C school gave me when I left the school in 11th standard. I don't even know it's School leaving certificate or not . They gave me t.c a sign of principle and written on it leaving certificate but it's not look like solid sheet it's look like slip of paper. Are that is eligible for birth certificate proof I a confused about.
And what other documents I need to show birth certificate ? (Delhi, Delhi)
The Registrar appointed under the Birth and Death Registration Act, 1969 is the competent authority to register the reported birth and death and issue a certificate of birth or death is the authentic proof of one's DOB and is accepted for all purposes. However, the following documents are equally accepted as proof of one's DOB,i.e, Transfer Certificate/School leaving/Matriculation Certificate issued by the school last attended/ recognized educational board containing the DOB, PAN Card issued by the Income Tax Department with the DOB, Aadhar Card/E-Aadhar showing the DOB, Driving license issued by the Transport Department of concerned State Government, showing the DOB, Election Photo Identity Card (EPIC) issued by the Election Commission of India showing the DOB, Policy Bond issued by the Public Life Insurance Corporations/Companies showing the DOB of the policyholder of the insurance policy etc. So, you can show any one of the aforesaid documents as proof of your Date of Birth(DOB).
