i am doctor and was charged 420 IPC for allegly giving false blood group report on pretext of other report given by technician.Despite being case of medical negligence was booked under criminal law .Court discharged me saying 420 cant be attracted and dont find merit in charge sheet and didnt accept report of technician as per sc guidelunes the other report got to be by govt doctor Meanwhile complainant met natural accident.Now i being discharged cant it affect my antecedents and character on police verification.can i get police clearance certifiacte.can i get govt job.what more can i do.can i file case against state for wrong criminal prosecution,despite for arguement it was case of medical negligence and nowhere case with blood group has been booked as criminal case dat too 420 which attracts moral turpitude.

A.dear client Once you are discharged by the Court of Law, you are as free as you were previously before having that charge.

A.Once you are discharged by the court means all the complaint, accusations,charges etc., are discharged and you are free to obtain verification & clearance as per law.
