Pan card
My father have sell a building in the year 2010,seller have paid the amount and make the agreement as power of attorney not registered the deed to save registration fees.Now my question is after 14 years the seller contact us for the requirements of pan card of my father,my doubt is as the building is in my father name legally,I don't want to provide pan card as if he takes loan against my father name, because we don't stay there anymore.How to solve this issue?
