Owner Unable to return deposit

I took a flat on heavy deposit, i was unaware the the property is on mortgage, now banking threatening to vacat the flat in 30 days if dues not paid, EMIs are pending from may or june 2024, land Lord is not responding on call, and has shifted some where else where i dont know, pleas advice..

Dear Client,
In the given situation, you have no other alternative but to vacate the rented premises following the Bank's advice failing which the Bank may file a criminal suit for trespass against the tenant who unauthorisedly occupies the premises despite receipt of vacation notice to get the physical possession of the mortgaged property in compliance with the Court's order.
