My name is Sudha Choubey and I am in the government primary school Devarakalan,Vijayaraghavgarh,district - Katni in the post of assistant teacher. My job is under the Madhya Pradesh government and joined in 2008 and since then I have been posted in that place. In My family in which my husband and two children are there and they are away from me in their hometown district Jabalpur since 2008 due to my job. My husband is a Central employee who is posted in Jabalpur district. All my children's education, security and living conditions are strained due to the separation of me and my husband's job places. I want my job transfer to Jabalpur where my husband is posted.Can I take help of the judiciary in related to this problem? Describe any rule or law under which I can make my transfer to Jabalpur?

You may approach concern Tribunal or High Court to get appropriate orders in your favour.
