Q.Wrong transaction.
As per bank:
We would like to inform you that we are unable to share the contact details of the incorrect beneficiary.

Further, we would like to inform you that till date we have not received any revert from incorrect beneficiary and the bank will reverse the amount post receipt of the debit consent from the incorrect beneficiary.

We request you to take up the matter with legal authorities to get your amount refunded.

A. ) The bank in its capacity is unable to reverse your amount as of now.
Nor is the bank being able to communicate to the incorrect beneficiary and is not getting any debit consent. As such the bank is requesting you to proceed legally.

My query is how to proceed through legally. I don't know who is incorrect beneficiary, i have only incorrect beneficiary account number , IFSC code and bank location.
Bank denied to get the incorrect beneficiary details. In this condition what i do? Kindly suggest.

You can file an RTI application to get the name of the true owner or else you can approach the higher authorities of the bank and also RBI for such help.

A. ) What is your query? If it is about wrong transaction done to a beneficiary then send a legal notice to him with a copy to the bank and try to get your money back. If something else is there then call a lawyer and speak to him.
