My wife who had given more number of false complaint against me and my family members. I have solved all the complaints what ever she has given . Later she wrote complaint to Lok adalat that she needs her belongings and gold wearing’s from me whatever I have. They sent summon me and my family members. I have submitted all her belongings and gold ornaments at LOK adalat whichever produced during the wedding time. She received all her from me after she put sign on the papers in front of Judge from Lok adalat and also judge requested her to hand over thali from her neck and therefore she removed my thali from her neck. And also she written on the paper that she never give complaint against me and my family members and she also she wrote as she will give mutual divorce whenever I ask . Atlast judge requested we both to put sign on the papers.
How can i receive the order of divorce from Lokadalat.

Somebody is telling that we no need to go for family court for further proceedings. And the lokadalat order is enough to consider as divorce.

Kindly support me what can I do.
And tell me when can i remarriage again?

A.Dear Sir,
If Lok Adalat acted upon a reference given by Family Court then the file will be return back to such Family Court then it will accept the report/award of teh Family Court and pass formal decree of divorce.

A.Lok adalat does not have jurisdiction to entertain divorce cases and hence you cannot get divorce though lok adalat. You will have to file a case in family court or district court to get divorce.
