I have entered into a.lease agreement for 12 months for my flat. Am told that this means tentant gets unlimited.ownership.of the flat.
We need the flat.at the end of.12.months
Please.advice what to.do.now

A.through lease agreement only possession hand over for a specific time no ownership right, nothing like that.

A.The tenant gets the ownership for 12 months only and gets such ownership which is stated in the lease agreement.
There is however nothing which has been defined as unlimited ownership.

A.There is nothing called unlimited ownership. Tenants get the right to enjoy the property and not the ownership. So no need ot worry.
