A matter of divorce

Dear sir,
I am married since 24 jan 2018 . Everything is good within 3 months but after few days my wife creating some problems about her mother's to stay over there for regular basis. She told me about mayke visit at regular way. When she come to home after few months . By accidently she fall down from bed and broke her laft allow. After operation she is ok but and now she didn't stay with me any more . What should i do pls help me. I am in big trouble she blocked me call , whatsup even fb also

A.Either try to settle this amicably. Or else file for a RCR.

It is a big problem for a every husband due to existing laws. Either you have to surrender or file a case against her but winning chances are very low.

A.try to settle the matter amicably with your wife involving elders/relatives/friends etc and take her back, and if, failed, file Restitution of conjugal rights petition in the Court, but take notice of the fact that once you file RCR she will surely file/claim
498a complaint, Domestic Violence case, maintenance, so be ready for them too.
RCR will work as a safeguard to 498a, maintenance, DV etc.
