Car parking issues in Society lane, my opp. House owner park his car in Society road, and 15 house is in this lane, lane is only 12Ft width, Lane Road is going blocking if 2 car park in parallel, means opp. House owner and me can't park parallel, but he park his car after all this issue with 6month, and I can't park my car, is Society lane Road is legal to use as parking? Is it possible to fight against this issue? Is society lane Road is divided between 15 houses? Is possible to fine him for car parking charges against last 6 month used illegal parking in Society Road??
