My friend want to change his caste muslim to hindu and want to change his name and his father's and mother's name without there permission? He didn't go for any procedure what to do plz advice

A.Name of parents cannot change without their consent.

A.Dear Client,
If you want to convert to Hinduism through all the formalities legally, then you should consult Viswa Hindu Parishad or Arya Samaj people. They will do shuddhi and then you are a Hindu.

A.He can change his name after following the due process, but he can't change his parents name without or even with their permission.
They had to apply in their individual capacity to change the name, if desired so.

A.Nothing any such provision for change a religious. U can change your name taken affidavit in local news pepper
