I want case law when the settlement is done between two parties and due to incompletion of the conditions fulfilled the other party does not want abeyance on criminal proceedings against the petitioner.

A.Dear Sir,
You can file a contempt case before the same Court or a representation before High Court for initiating contempt proceedings for violation of conditions.
