Sale purchase of land Sale purchase of land

I want to know ,that a piece of land is being sold by my immediate neighbor to a person who live in different area in same town, i too want that piece of land but he refused to sell me. Can i object the deal and file a case that being his immediate neighbor i have the right for first claim so he should sell the land to me with the same amount he is selling to the other person. Is it possible?

A.Dear Sir,
You may file a suit for injunction for another issue and thus restrain your neighbor from selling and bring forcible circumstances to sell the property only to you.

A.No, unless there is any written agreement to this effect, which can be produced as an evidence. Or the given sale has any fmalafide intention or proof, evidence of which can be produced in the court of law.
