Simulate trading and analysis platform

Hello , actually i am web developer i want to create a web app that works as platform that can use user broker API to fetch data and simulation trade as user want , it also provides option chain analysis, and some more features. I do not store any data of user and api to my server i just provide a platform that can user use their api … but now the question is that sebi has some regulations on that I don’t understand completely can anyone explain me … is that restricted because i am not sharing any data to anyone .

By a Press Release No.27/2024 dated 04/11/2024, SEBI issued an advisory advising investors to not engage with or undertake investment or trading activities through unregistered intermediaries/web applications/platforms/apps. Such activities violate the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act, 1956, and SEBI Act, 1992 which are laws designed to protect investors The investors may note that for any kind of disputes relating to such activity, none of the following recourses will be available to investors: 1) Benefits of investor protection under SEBI/ Exchange(s) Jurisdiction including SCORES. 2) Investor grievance redressal mechanism administered by Exchange(s)or the online dispute resolution mechanism administered by Exchanges/Depositories. So, stimulation trading on a virtual platform through unregistered intermediaries/web applications/platforms/apps is impermissible as being a violation of the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act, 1956, and SEBI Act, 1992.
