I want to take divorce.but my parents not allowed me to take the divorce.

A.If you have proper grounds. File for the divorce. Before that sit with parents and discuss why are they opting not to take a divorce and can such matter be settled outside court.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
You are independent on the date of attaining age of majority. You may start to reside separately if you have independent income then file a divorce petition against your spouse.

A.Your parents cannot force you to not to take divorce. If you can satisfy the court that there are grounds made up for divorce then you shall be granted a decree of divorce by the court.

I have arrange marriage, I don't have any problem with my husband but I don't carry dis relationship for long time, my parents thinking about there society that why they forcing me to continue my relation.i have completed my 6 years marriage life.but I don't want to continue what I will do and how I convince my partner .
