please find attached herewith two Governments' letters regarding illegal encroachment at Gat No. 14, At Post Wakad, Tal. Niphad, Dist., Nasik 422305 -

1) Tehsildar, Niphad – Letter dtd. 20/1/2018 from Tehsildar, Niphad, which is addressed to ollector, Nasik wherein it’s clearly mentioned that as per Succession Law / Legal Heir, owner is Mr Navnath K Badwar Patil & his subling only as also under the land revenue of Maharashtra, there is no N.A. (Non Agriculture Land) at Gat No. 14. 2) Panchyat Samittee, Niphad, letter dtd. 22/1/2018 which is addressed to Dy CEO of Zilla Parishad, Nasik, wherein it is clearly mentioned that Mr Shivaji Jagnnath Badwar has constructed the illegal toilets by encroaching at Gat No. 14 & the subsidy given is illegal. And, Mr Shivaji Badwar or his family member name is at all not mentioned on 7/12 of Gat 14. They r residing illegally. Kindly let us know the immediate remedy.
