LTD regarding a serious issue with the accommodation promised during the booking process. When I initially booked a vacation package with the company, I was assured that the accommodation would include stays at 4-star and 5-star properties, as indicated during the booking discussions and promotional materials. However, when I reached out to finalize the booking, I was informed by the company that they do not have any tie-ups for 5-star properties at the specific location and are only able to offer low-cost properties. This is in direct contradiction to the original commitment made by the company. Despite my repeated inquiries, Golife Vacation OPC PVT. LTD has refused to honor their promise and continues to offer budget hotels instead of the premium accommodations initially guaranteed. This has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction, as I made my decision based on the assurance of receiving high-quality accommodation. I feel misled by their false representations, which have not been corrected. I request the National Consumer Helpline's assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I am seeking: • An explanation from the company regarding their failure to honor the accommodation commitments. • A satisfactory resolution or alternative accommodation that meets the originally promised 4- and 5-star standard. • Compensation for the inconvenience caused by this misleading information and poor service.
