Mera second marriage hai.mere beti ki mere second husband ne legally adopt Kiya hai Lekin wo hame Abhi sambhalate nahi Mai Abhi Papa ke Ghar aayi hu.wo muze paise nahi dete.5 year hogaye shadi ko.wo muze physical and mental harrassment Kiya hai.unake pass mere proof hai muze fasakar meri bolane ki recording hai aur proof hai wo muze maintenance nahi Dena chahate meri beti ki jimedari nahi le rahe hai.
Kya muze maintenance,house and beti ka maintenance mil sakata hai kya? Mere pass koi proof nahi hai wo mere khilaf plan kar rahe hai.proof lagate hai kya court Mai. Mere behan ki Abhi shadi hai mere Papa expire ho Gaye hai mere pass kuch paise nahi hai.jobless hu mai.first husband expire ho Gaye hence second marriage kiya.unake thode paise hai Lekin Papa ke treatment ke liye kharch ho gaye.please help me Mai kya Karu Abhi give me solution and advice

A.अपने पति के खिलाफ मानसिक एवं शारीरिक प्रताड़ना का मुकद्दमा पुलिस द्वारा दर्ज कराइए
साथ ही पति के खिलाफ खर्चे का (125 CRPC) एवं घरेलु हिंसा अधिनियम का मुकद्दमा भी दर्ज कराइए
यदि वकील की फीस भरने में असमर्थ हैं तो अपने जिले के विधिक सहायता केंद्र से संपर्क करिए , वहां से आपको मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता मिल जायेगी

Sabse pehle ap ek 125 ki application lagaye court me Jo ap k Patti se AP ko paise dilwayegi. Dusra domestice violence ka case kare court me Jo ap aur apke bacche ko apni pati k ghr rehne ki izazat degi.

A.You can claim maintenance under section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Moreover, you can move an application in court under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, with evidences of domestic violence committed against you and asking for maintenance for yourself and for your child.
