Procedure to get succession certificate

My father expired 6 months ago due to heart attack.I and my wife live with him in the same flat which comes under pagadhibsystem. The house owner used to take rent for the flat. Please suggest me the procedure to get succession certificate.

A.its issued by court, you need to get through application along with all certificate for that like, death certificate, residence certificate, name of all family member is adhaar card.
all certifacte along with application should be filed in court for examination of detail , court pronounce judgement for certificate you will get,
