My wife has received her belongings from me by giving complaint to Lok Adalat where she recorded her points as she will give mutual divorce when I approach her for mutual concern divorce.hence forth I handover all of her belongings from me but now she is not giving mutual divorce based on the words what she has declared at LOK Adalat. Now tell me what is the use of LOK adalat?
Does she file RCR against me ?
What is the name of legal section law at Lokadalat where she told that she would give mutual divorce ? And now she is simply ignoring this ?
