DVC case restore

Dear Client,
If the said DV case was withdrawn with the liberty to file the same again in need, then you can re-file the said case for happening of same cause of action after it is withdrawn. Domestic Violence cases are maintainable if you file the case based on another cause of action that proves domestic violence against the same parties. You can file the DV case again on the grounds that the previous case was withdrawn under pressure by family or husband on a promise that Domestic violence will not happen again. You can file a fresh complaint under the DV Act. There is no bar for filing a second complaint under the said Act. Instead, the previous case history will strengthen your position and can invoke stringent action against your husband and his family if the allegation of domestic violence is proven against them.

Dear Madam,
There is no provision for restoration of your DVC case as it was voluntarily withdrawn by you. However, you can file new DVC case on new grounds of causes of actions.
