Rural NON DTCP plots hypothecation process and draft Rural NON DTCP plots hypothecation process and draft

Hi, I had lent jewellery worth 12 lakhs to my close friend for his urgent needs. However he is not able to giveback jewels or its equivalent money value . He is ready to hypothecate his plots in rural side and legally register hypothecation until he repays me. Note : plots are NOT DTCP registered. He owns it before those regulations came into place. We both are Hindu's. I want the agreement to be registered legally. Kindly let me know the process and legal draft for the hypothecation. Thanks
