My father has two wife and im from my second mother.my father married my mom bcz of his first wife was used to very ill.both wife live in one house with my father.my fathers first wife has 5childrens and my mother has who is second wife has 3 childrens.first wife gives trouble to my mother from 25 years as both are sisters then also. Der 5 childrens n first wife use bad words n used to beat me in childhood.my mom is just fed up to all of this and my father also dont support us.my mother is asking for new home she dont want to live with first wife but my father is not giving us.my father has many property but nothing giving to us all registerd for his first wife childrens and nothing for us first we want a seprete home and then equal property Can i get??? By asking to court?

A.dear client in your case all the children of father have equal right on his property whether legitimate or illegitimate

A.You have a very complicated and serious issue, without details of the issues like your father married both the sisters legally etc., It is better to consult a Family matter and case lawyer to guide & help you quickly.

No.only legal wife &in case of second wife with document to prove the relation & legality will entail for the share in property.
