Hello,
I am 28 years old male. My grandfather expired and he had a house in the name of my grandmother who also expired. The issue is my father along with his brothers wants to sell the property, and I don't want to sell it. So can I object legally. Please help

A.If the house is bought from the ancestral properties earnings or is in any way ancestral, then you can claim.

A.They have a right to sell that property but if the house was bought from the earnings of the ancestral property then however you can claim.

A.Dear Sir,
After the death of your grandparents it becomes self acquired of your father. During the lifetime of your father you cannot raise any objection. But your mother can file a suit to restrain your father from selling the property saying that she will on streets if property is sold.

A.I Assume that you are a Hindu and then you being a coparcener have equal rights in the property and hence they cannot sell off the property without your consent. You can move the court to get the stay on the sale.
