sir my parenst have evicted my younger brother in pressure of my elder brother.
pls tel me , after eviction , can my parents write a will , giving equal rights to both brother.

i mean to ask my parenst wish that, after parents life both brothers get same share.

is it possible sir

A.Dear sir,
Whether in possession or not your father is the owner and it is his self acquired property and he can write a Will and you can get share as per Will.

A.For the ancestral property the brothers and even you will have equal share and that can not be taken away. For the self acquired property your parents can write a will and distribute the property in whatever manner they want. Yes you can ask your parents to give them equally.

A.Depends on the parents they can do what they want with their property, all children have a right just evicting will not mean they have evicted him from the property as well.
