Mental harrasing

I have taken money from friend for urgent financial need . I have failed to repay the amount on time I requested to wait for some Time but he is calling me daily more then 50 times and 50 sms and 50 whats app message I am telling threaten and under very much pressure mentally also I am feeling pressured and thinking of suicide what I should do?

Dear Client,
In the absence of any documentary evidence behind the transaction of money between you and your friend, no legal remedy is accessible to your friend as of now even through litigation. However, you can serve a legal notice to your friend asking him to refrain from such kind of threat, otherwise, a complaint for criminal intimidation under Section 351 of BNS shall be lodged in the police station and the matter may be informed to the concerned regulatory authorities including State Revenue Deptt who issues license for money lending business. Hopefully, the matter may be resolved to a certain extent. If not resolved, hire an Advocate to navigate the issue in the right way.

Dear Sir,
You have to change your SIM or pay the amount. Ask him to recover the same by approaching the Court legally otherwise you may lodge a complaint with Police.
