I have filed a FIR after direction from high court in a District Crime branch DCB regarding a FORGERY WILL created by my brotherafter the death of father three years back.
Till date the DCB not proceeded the case and plan to close the FIR after getting something from my brother
Pls reply
Whether this FIR can be closed without intimate me
The next step i have to take in this case

A.Dear client,
IF the police did not take appropriate action against accused as per your FIR then you filed a case before the high court against the inaction of police. whether your brother filed any probate case for executing the will or not. you can also challenge the will before the District court.
