A.“amount of MAINTENANCE/ALIMONY depends on various factors such as Living Standard, Financial Status, Properties held, assets, responsibilities, custody of children, expenses, loan, etc, therefore, without going through deeply with facts its really unfair to provide any assistance. a detailed personal discussion will enable me to answer this promptly"
if you are planning to take a home loan, the EMI will be treated as your liability and the Court may reduce the same from your income, but at the same time, while deciding ALIMONY, the said property will increase your assets.
a detailed discussion may fructify for you

A.Dear Sir,
Purchase of house or plot is permanent asset. Go for other deductions like medical expenses and private loans and produce documents that you have to discharge private loan at the rate of Rs.20k p.m.
