Hi, I have been married for one yr but I don't have physical relationship with my husband becoz he liked to me everything about him so could not generate love for him .now to protect himself he is putting alligation on me that I m falty I have affairs or I have same problem inside me .don't understand what to do

A.Try to solve this matter amicably and if there is a need for divorce then you can file divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty and physical cruelty.

You may file divorce case if you wish on the ground of non consummation of marriage. The Courts may be requested for ordering medical examination and thus you will get divorce with huge compensation.

A.1. if you want to remain in matrimonial knot, then,
try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and start life afresh,
and,
2. if you want to terminate the matrimonial knot, then,
try to settle the matter amicably with your husband involving elders/relatives/friends etc and go for Mutual Consent Divorce which will be decided in 6-18 months, and you both will be free to live life with your wish,
if he refuses file/claim 498a complaint, Domestic Violence case (for causing mental, physical and emotional harassment), maintenance, etc against him.
Call/mail for a detailed discussion/understanding
