Action against neighbor using open toilet creating hygiene problems
Hi Sir, We are staying in this place from past 50 years(own house). My neighbour took front house.They recently built toilet outside their house which is exactly infront of my house. And they don't have inside toilet. They are doing open area for toilet in front of my house.they don’t even clean that toilet. This is happening from past 3-4 years. We are getting smell since it is infront of my house and mosquitoes also, they are also not keeping their area clean. They don’t even clean the area infront of their house , drainges are full. When we tried to talk to them they are saying it’s my place I can build toilet anywhere I want , I can give permission to anyone to use it and I don’t clean it . So , what action we can take against it? Is there any law for this?please help us.
