Biased Parking allotment by builder to some residents

Dear sir, With reference to the above subject we have purchased one 3 bhk flat in the month of Jan 2024 at Anantapur , Andhrapradesh by full payment to the builder using loan and other margin no dues pending with the builder and registration is completed. Further while proceeding for purchase we enquired builder about parking space allotment and they said it will be done on dip system or lottery allotment and nothing is mentioned in our sale deed neither in the other residents sale deeds about parking, only thing mentioned in all residents sale deed is parking will be provided to the purchaser no specification and nothing mentioned more. Association for the apartment is not yet registered till date 01.01.2025 During the April month 2024 suddenly one day without our notice builders has allotted random parking spaces to all the members of the residents in which prime spaces were allotted to some members biasedly around 10-15 flat owners where some 2bhk flats got the prime area parking space. When we enquired builder about the same he said once allotted cannot be changed and we asked him without any intimation or any proper logic on how allotment is done he doesn't have any answer, and the allotment is done completely biased where there is no proper sequence to it for example 301-302-305-404 like that on complete biased basis they allotted prime spaces where most 2bhks got prime spaces and they have done favourably to some of the flat owners. Now what we want is fair allotment to all the residents through lottery system. The issue right now is due to no logic parking allotment by builder the other biased residents who have got the prime spaces are opposing the allotment and insisted us to approach builder and we asked them about any documentary evidence showing the allotment by builder to respective flat owners and they have nothing to show simply they are saying visit the builder and resolve your issue when we visited builders now they says on first come first serve basis they allotted prime spaces to 2bhk flats owners. Now my point is wheather is it legal to allot the prime parking spaces without the consent of the flat owner where nothing is mentioned in sale deeds of any of the residents.. And those who are opposing the lottery allotment got their prime spaces and enjoying and we are suffering due to false commitment by builders stating dip based allotment of parking at the time of purchase. Kindly guide me further in this issue how can I proceed legally for fair allotment of parking on lottery based system.
