Two own brothers A&Bbuyed a joint property land of 2.50 acres by executing a registered saledeed in 1988,both brothers jointly built some rented houses and possessed electricity connections..in year 2002 elder brother A died,there after the successors of A ,occupied total property saying there no right over property for B, B is an illiterate,from year 2004 onwards the taxes of those houses were been paid by those A successors,the B has only registered joint sale deed and electricity bills in his name for till today even in govt .records ..can he claim for his 50 % share in the property or not ? In year 2018 he approached local civil court and possessed and injunction and police aid on the said property the respondents are having only the evidence of house taxes Will B can get his

A.B can get 50% and even more than that as property share.

A.Dear Sir,
B can make a claim over 50% of his share as per Joint Sale Deed by approaching local Civil Court or local authority.
