Abusive husband

I delivered mh kids(twins) last year in gurgaon in Aug since then my MIL hS madd my life hell,,she asked for 2 lacks from my parents and tortured me continuously and my parents even after my parents gave gifts worth 2,.5 lacks she kept provoking my husband against me and my parents,,,she told my husband to quit job and live with her ...We came back she kept torturing me using all her tactics and even my husband started a using me,,hitting me,,,now she has evicted me my husband a d kids from property and provoked my husband to take divorce from
me giving them kids

M confused to take divorce or not cos I don't want to ruin my kids life ... Please suggest what to ?And if I file a case how can I put my mother in law and husband in jail

A.File a case of DV against the Mother in law and Father in Law and also file a case of 498A against them.
Do not go against your husband as he is just being influenced and is being a scapegoat here.

A.Dear Madam,
It is hard to digest such things. You must be bold to face the situation and be in good books of your husband. Both of you may settle somewhere else and continue your life.

I have been bearing all this hoping for a better life but my husband is not with me even after all this ..he listens to his mother only and Now is in talks with some lawyer to take divorce and take kids from me..he is trying to collect proofs against me
Please guide me what should I do...I m financially unstable can't spend much on lawyers fee
