I joined tata technologies 5 days ago. No probation period. Because of mental harassment, not want to continue the job their. Will I be in trouble? What are the possibility i could face. I don't want the experience and Reliving letter. I E-mail them my resignation letter, but they are constantly calling me. I am in very much depression. Please help me

A.They wont do anything until and unless you have signed some employment bond or anything.
Quit the job and look for another.

Sir I have not signed any type of bond..But in offer letter it is mentioned that:

Separation :
Your appointment is subject to termination with three month's notice by you or by the Company.
You should be fully available for company work during the notice period. Absence of notice period of three months or part thereof, invokes a payment of three month's basic salary or part thereof by
you to the Company or by the Company to you, as the case may be, in lieu of the notice period.
However, accepting a notice period less than three months is entirely at the Company's discretion.
The Company is not under any compulsion to accept an employee's offer to surrender the basic
salary in lieu of notice period or part thereof.

Notwithstanding what has been mentioned above, the Company may also terminate your
appointment with immediate effect and without notice period, if you are found guilty of serious
Misconduct...

Plz help me, because of this i get mentally depressed. I have not got any salary, then why should I pay for 3 months basic ??

A.Dear Sir,
Health is more important in a woman life. Just exist from that Company which mentally tortured you and be bold to face whatever may come. Be informed that Company cannot take any type of action against you as you are service was only lasted for five days.
