Not want to continue the job and dnt want to go to company

I joined tata technologies 5 days ago. No probation period. Because of mental harassment, not want to continue the job their. Will I be in trouble? What are the possibility i could face. I don't want the experience and Reliving letter. I E-mail them my resignation letter, but they are constantly calling me. I am in very much depression. Please help me

A.They wont do anything until and unless you have signed some employment bond or anything.
