Residential plot

i am working with reputed company. The company has got residential plot for ceating staff quarters. But some (arround 150) employees had come together contributed some little amount and form co operative society for building their own house of 2BHK. These employees had given that plot to one builder to build flat for them free of cost and remaining to sale on commercial price. There are almost 350 employees in Bombay in my company. They appears to have snatched the rights of other employees. they had done tactfully by issuing irrelevant circular ) to restrict the number of members to the residential co operative society to get maximum benefit. When the people realised they have form the group of again 100 employees who were deprived off the rights and file the petition in court against residential plot/co operative society. The first group has done the things in closed door and second group also doing the things in closed door in order to restrict big numbers of members when I came to know that opposition group is created to file the case. I am requesting them to add my name in the group as i am also very much eligible employee and working since 1991. but this opposition avoiding my request to add my name in the opposition group. Please advice what should i do. It will be costly affairs for me to fight the case alone. Can i appoint advocate to request the group to add my name in opposition group. Please advise.
You can appoint your own advocate.

once you approach the High Court they will settle with you, for sure
In this situation, your case, you will have to work on the eligibility then move the court accordingly. I would suggest that you speak to a lawyer in detail then take actions as per his advice.
